Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Downloadable Products.  Your product will be available for you to download from our website as soon as your credit card has been processed.  Generally, credit card processing will take no more than a minute or two.  Immediately following credit card processing, you will receive an email with a link to the download.  Or, look for the download link on the purchase confirmation page that you will see after clicking on place order.

Order one or several.  Order for yourself, order for your friends, your family, your children.  When you choose more than one download, you will receive a link for each download you order.  Downloadable Money Map is a terrific gift that lasts a lifetime. 

Booklet-CD Combo Products.  Your order will be shipped on the business day immediately following the date you place your order.  U.S. Postal Service Media Mail is standard; delivery will take 6 to 8 days from the ship date.  For faster delivery, consider our Express shipping choice which is typically Priority Mail.

Webinars.  Your webinar confirmation and instructions will be emailed to you as soon as your credit card has been processed.  A reminder with instructions and the handout PDF will be emailed to you two days in advance of each session.

To include a friend or family member in the webinar, reserve their place by ordering more than one of the webinar(s) of your choice.  In the Special Instructions Box, please provide us with the names and e-addresses for each webinar attendee.  We'll send each an acknowledgment and details for participating in the webinar.  Be sure to also mention if it is a gift.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on weight, shipping container size and, for some shippers, the delivery zone.  Orders shipped to more than one address will be charged a separate shipping cost for each address.  We offer two shipping options for the contiguous United States: Standard (6 to 8 days) and Express (2 to 3 days).

• For Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, add $3 to shipping costs.
• When ordering 9 or more books, add $.50 per book to standard shipping costs and $1.50 per book to express shipping costs.

Multiple Addresses

When ordering product to be shipped to multiple addresses, please show each product and its destination in the Special Instructions Box. 

Gifts

If all or part of your order is to be a gift, please so indicate in the Special Instructions Box. 

• When we are advised that an item is a gift, we do not show the price on the enclosure statement. 
• If you would like us to include a gift message, please also include your message in your Special Instructions. 

Returns

Our goal is your satisfaction.

For booklet/cd combo products, you may return the product(s) you purchased for any reason and receive a refund for the price you paid for the booklet/cd set.  To return for a refund, package the complete product in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.  Naturally, we expect to receive returned product in resalable condition.  To be certain we are able to make the refund, our Customer Service team will need your invoice number and date, your name, email address and telephone number.  Return product(s) to Everyday Success, 191 University Drive, Suite 964, Denver, CO 80206.

For downloadable products and webinars.  If you are not satisfied with the downloadable product or webinar you purchased, please email our Customer Service team at info@everydaysuccess.com.  In your email, please include the name of the product that did not meet your expectation, the invoice number and date, your name, email address and telephone number.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders originating in Colorado.
